Grief is an extremely painful process to go through. It is something all of us have or will experience, in our lives. Losing someone or something you love is extremely difficult.
Grief is a very personal experience for everyone and how you grieve will be very different from how others grieve. It is likely that we will experience a range of emotions and stages while grieving.
There is no correct way to experience grief. Understand that what you are feeling is normal and help to navigate the different stages of grief is here if you’re willing to receive. There tends to be no set time or process.
At a traumatic time in my life where I lost a loved one to suicide I came upon the following body process that turned everything around. I chose for my children to receive it then learned how to facilitate the training. I am forever grateful to have learnt and receive this modality called Access Bars® to bring ease to your body in this time of intense shock.
